How far along? 12 weeks 5 days
Overall Emotion last month? exhausted (I know this isn't really an emotion, but my exhaustion overtook any other emotions I could feel.
Maternity clothes? Yes, not all of the time, I can squeeze into some regular clothes
Sleep: Some days I wish I could sleep all day, but I have been sleeping pretty well, even though I am still always tired
Best moment this month: having an amazing husband who allowed me to sleep when I really needed to, and made me eat food when I didn't want to.
Weight Gain: -2lbs lost
Movement: Yes, call me crazy but I can feel the babe move super low, and I know the feeling.
Food cravings: I'm really struggling with food. I have become so nauseated the past few weeks, NOTHING sounds good, and the thought of food makes me sick...so it's mostly been breads :(
Anything making you queasy or sick: pretty much any food
Have you started to show yet: yeah a little, I show early since my uterus is tilted forward
Wedding rings on or off? still on :) and still big
Looking forward to: having more energy and being able to eat good food again.
One thing I did well this month? Slept when Gracelyn slept, and saw the Chiro a lot
One thing I can work on this month? I have a lot to work on this month, I've been so tired to workout, but I need to get back with working out, eating better, getting more protein, not sitting in my recliner but instead on the floor or my birthing ball, so that my pelvis stays aligned and in a better position as baby grows
Bigger/Smaller than last pregnancy: A bit bigger
Protein intake this month: so awful I am ashamed :( I need as a pregnant women to get at least 80g per day, and this month was far from 80g each day.
How does body & knee feel? honestly pretty crappy, I really need to eat better, work out more and continue stretching!
Book Currently reading: Still reading Thinking Women's Guide to a Better Birth, hope to have time to finish this one up by next month.
